Tracking Process

When shipped, a tracking number/link will be shared via email. It may take 48–72 hours to appear in tracking systems.

Address changes can be made through fantassian@gmail.com before the shipment is dispatched.

If the package is damaged, please file a report before accepting delivery and notify us with photos.

International shipping costs and customs duties are fully covered by us.

If the recipient cannot be reached, the package may be returned to the warehouse. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
